Last week, Victoria and Graham visited the team at our Rossendale Office. Victoria delivered some in-house training to help improve our customer experience. Customer experience is important to us here at Technopoly as we are always aiming to improve and finetune our services and support.
In-house training provides an excellent way to share our expertise between our two offices to ensure that we can standardise our practices and brings fresh ideas to our offices.
